Davelle Morrison
Davelle has been an avid fitness enthusiast for her entire life. As a teenager, she competed in dance competitions. During her university days, she had a passion for aerobics. A hit and run car accident in her late twenties taught her how to walk again. She has since completed two marathons including the New York City Marathon and many triathlons. She also loves to box, rollerblade, & spin. She has always believed in the importance of staying fit for health. Davelle has been practicing yoga for more than 7 years and completed her Teacher Training at Stillpoint Yoga Retreat and is a Certified Personal Trainer.
Laura Discepola
An honours graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto, Laura is a licensed Certified Nutrition Practitioner (CNP) holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Languages from Bishop’s University in Quebec.
Having been involved in the catering and restaurant business for over a decade, it’s no wonder Laura has a love for food; however, health and fitness are also an essential part of her lifestyle. Laura is also a Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals (Can-Fit-Pro) Certified Personal Trainer, and a Nutrition and Wellness Specialist (NWS).
Throughout her career, Laura has been a professional chef who constantly challenges herself in this field by experimenting with healthy recipes and food alternatives. She brings to us a unique approach by combining chefs’ secrets with the practical daily use of healthy foods - for which we can all benefit from.
One of Laura’s main goals is to combine the attributes of health, nutrition and fitness into one program, ultimately creating a positive and fun experience filled with countless rewards. She believes in a healthy lifestyle, whole foods and a positive outlook on life, and is happy to share her vision, knowledge and experience. Laura’s hope is to make a difference in the lives of others by educating them in the importance of a healthy balanced lifestyle.
